Refund & Return

PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

With the desire to provide customers with the best shopping experience, ELPIS is always willing to meet the customers’exchange and return demands.

In what cases can products be exchanged

  • Delivery mistakes in terms of code, size, colors, etc. comparing to the original order.
  • Faults in manufacturing.

Note: Return and exchange policies shall not be applied to promotional products, (customed products, and products in the size L. ELPIS offers custom adjustment for every of ours products with additional charges.

In what conditions can items be exchanged:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as compared to the original status: attached tags, brand’s mark, accessories (if any), no signs of adjustment, dirtiness, chemical, laundry, strange smell, or used.

Notes on time of products exchange:

  • A request for exchange must be sent within 03 days after having received the product.
  • Customers in Vietnam shall return products to ELPIS within 24 hours after receiving the exchange confirmation by ELPIS.
  • ELPIS shall exchange and deliver products to customers within 7-10 days (excluding Sunday/public holidays) since ELPIS receivesd the original products.

Exchange expenses:

1. Free exchange: ELPIS offers free exchange in the following cases:

  • Delivery mistakes in terms of code, size, colors, etc. comparing to the original order.
  • Faults in manufacturing.

2.Aditional fees included: aditional fees for exchange shall be charged in the collowing cases

  • Change for products of the different size (provided that such product is still in stock).
  • When exchanging for another product with a higher price, please compensate for the price difference. For lower priced products, ELPIS shall not refund the difference.

SUPPORT FOR SIZE ADJUSTMENT

  • For size adjustment, ELPIS shall surcharge 5% of the price for each part to be adjusted.

IN CASE OF RETURN PRODUCTS

  • ELPIS shall not apply return policies.
